Telephone Bookings:
- To secure your bookings over the phone, credit card details are required
- Full
payment can be made before or on the day. Cash / Eftpos/Visa or master
card
- All credit card payments incur a 2% fee.
- Savings & cheque accounts, no fees are charged.
Group Bookings & payments
- For bookings with more than 8 participates, full payment is required 48hrs before lesson date.
- Deposit or full payment is
non-refundable if group cancels within 7 days of lesson date
- 50% of deposit is refunded if you cancel 14 days prior to lesson date
- If we cancel the lesson due to dangerous surf conditions a full
refund will be given.
- Surf lessons will not be cancelled when it rains,
therefore no refunds or credits are given
- All participate MUST fill in & sign Indemnity forms before lesson starts.
- All participates must be able to swim 25m

Children under the ages of 18yrs must have a parent or guardian to
sign indemnity forms.
